Wear something comfortable and easy to move in - gym trousers/leggings and t-shirt. You may wish to bring a jacket for the cool down/relaxation sections. Shoes are not worn during class so either bare feet or socks. Socks with grippy soles are useful but not essential.
Yes please do! Pilates is beneficial for everyone and ‘every body’ and is a practice that helps to improve many things including posture, strength, stability, flexibility and over all wellbeing. We focus on breath and movement and you can take each exercise at your own pace.
All classes are relaxed and laid back however it is important that you arrive on time to each class to allow yourself to get settled on your mat before class begins. If you feel as though you need a break during class then you can simply lie down on your mat and take it easy, just focus on breath. Please turn off mobile phones so that everyone can enjoy their own practice.

Yes please, no matter how big or small. This is super important so that I can ensure you are safe during the class. It also gives me the opportunity to adapt any exercises so that you can get the most out of your practice.
Prices vary depending on whether you’re attending mat work only Pilates sessions or private 1-1 sessions. Please take a look at our pricing here.
Payment can be made by cash or by BACs. Please see 'Pricing' for current rates.
Block bookings are non refundable, however I do understand that you may have holiday booked. Therefore you are welcome to roll 2 classes on to another week (all credits must be taken within 8 weeks) if this happens. Please ensure you give as much notice as possible if you can't make a class (24hrs notice must be given before hand but more notice is always appreciated). If you fail to give appropriate notice, the following will apply:
All Private one to one classes require cancellation 24 hours in advance of the class start time. If you fail to give appropriate notice, you will be charged the full fee.
