My Pilates journey started several years ago whilst living in Dubai where I took my first ever Pilates class. Working alongside an incredible teacher I learnt the importance of movement. What I didn't expect was the shift in my mindset. Before I would torture myself with a never ending cycle of High Impact Training (the weights were always too heavy and my back was always sore) and then months of nothing. A cycle of negativity. But then it suddenly clicked. Movement shouldn't be a way to punish your body. Instead it should be about building strength, awareness and positivity. Pilates did that for me. The shift was so empowering that when I moved back to England I decided to qualify as a Level 3 Pilates Teacher in order to share my passion with others.
I believe that Pilates is for every body. Whatever your situation and whatever your reason is for starting your journey, I will be there every step of the way. Together we will build you a body for life. One that will see you through the different chapters of your life. Strong, reliable and healthy.

Group Mat Classes are suitable for all levels and perfect for those who like to be in a regular weekly class setting. Participants will receive individual attention to ensure correct alignment, and technique.
Toning, flexibility, relaxation, improved posture and increased body awareness are some of the many benefits of mat classes. In these classes, traditional pilates exercises are modified and adapted to suit the individual to ensure a full body workout. Small equipment is often used to enhance the exercises, these include balls, rings, bands, weights and foam rollers.

Coordination of the Pilates Principles - precision, centering, concentration, control, breath and flow involve whole body movement and a mind-body connection. Having immediate feedback from your teacher with 100% hands on attention will accelerate and deepen your understanding of the method. This in turn will advance the results you experience.
These sessions are held in the comfort of your own home. Areas include (but are not limited to) Winchester, Bishop's Waltham and Fair Oak.

Regular pre and postnatal Pilates sessions are a great way to help you prepare for, and navigate the changes pregnancy brings through each trimester as well as helping to aid recovery after birth. A tailored pilates exercise programme will be put together by myself for you and your growing bump to help you feel strong, mobile, and empowered throughout your pre and postnatal journey.

I was really nervous starting Pilates as I’ve never done anything like it before. After having my two children, I wanted to start something that I could enjoy for myself, where I could unwind and just be me for a while. I did honestly think I’d be useless at the stretches but Becky really explains all the movements so well and reassures me when I feel like I’m doing something not quite right. A very relaxed evening that leaves me feeling refreshed and amazing the next day. I sleep so well after going too! Thank you Becky!

A very nervous beginner I was immediately put at ease by Becky. Clear instructions, no pressure and a lovely relaxed session. Each week we are challenged a little more (for those of us that want this) each movement getting easier. My low back pain is a thing of the past, totally hooked on Pilates with Becky.
Enjoying this Becky's Pilates so much . My joints are already feeling so much better. Each session is an oasis of calm. Becky is superb. If anyone is thinking of joining, don't hesitate you will not regret it .
